my eye involvement is no big issue, usually it only becomes noticeable when i'm flushing really bad and my skin is inflamed much more than usual.

i've often noticed that (young) people with quite severe acne often have inflamed eyes as well (or at least noticeable watery eyes).

my first guess would be that some of those inflammatory agents spread from face to the eyes.

when someone both suffers from ocular on facial rosacea and has been successfully treated, e.g. using only laser - how often does this result in getting completely rid of ocular rosacea?

are there any studies that show how strong this link between ocular & facial rosacea is? how common is ocular rosacea without having other problems (permanent redness, flushing) at all? couldn't find much so far...

One study states that the incidence of ocular rosacea in rosacea patients is 50%. Here is more info >
