Favrorite TV show, Star trek TNG, or the classic, depends on the day and the mood Im in. Monty Python, And eeps, "Deal Or No Deal" yup its a really stupid show, but I love Howie Mandel, and good gosh, "Dancing With the Stars" I really need to start watching more cnn! How to look good naked is a british tv programme which probably isn't quite as exciting as it sounds. Basically this stylist shows women how to look good no matter what shape they are (both in and out of clothes). His shows what good underwear can do and what clothes as best for her shape. He works on her confidence and shows her how her image of her body is distorted and stuff like that. See link below (if your a bit bored):

Well here is my favourite films...'Gone with the wind", "Sound of Music"
,(Seen 25 plus times and always cry when she goes back to the abbey- how sad am I) "Forest Gump", "Fifty First dates"....how love should be,each day as the first...so much harder in practice(I am a romantic and love a good cry).
Shows on TV...have to be the Australian "All Saints"first , then "Heroes", and "Law and order -Criminal intent".

Thanks Sarah. This show looks a bit like 'what not to wear'
Where 2 stylists take someone who dresses in clothes not flattering for them  and who needs an update in hair and makeup and shows them how to look their best. I love before and after type shows like that. It must be a girl thing.

Another GREAT thread!

my personal favorites are:
tv: sex and the city, cold feet, family guy, scrubs, the o.c. (my guilty pleasure :D ) and a couple of local shows (like the hilariously funny Israeli version of 'little Britain").
it's funny how our taste in tv changes over the years. I used to be a huge 'Seinfeld' fan, but now i can barely sit through an entire episode of it...

movies: sound of music, Gosford park, a room with a view, Edward Scissorhands, all of Pedro Almodovar's late movies (although i didn't like the last one, "volver"), just to name a few, i can come up with 10 more movies that i love, but i guess i have to stop somewhere...

it's so interesting to learn about peoples tastes in tv and films!
maybe we should start a "favorite book" and "favorite song/album" threads too... :D

Film: The Big Lebowski, The Life and Death of Colonel Blimp
