Laser, IPL in Madison, WI, Chicago

I have started a search to get a touch up from some IPL's I got in NYC. The problem? I live in Madison, WI. I guess I could drive to Chicago to get a treatment if needed and it was really good....suggestions? I am looking for reducing redness and pustules...I do not even know if laser or Ipl are the key for the P&P's as I have never had them.
