newbie rosacea photos

hey everyone. I am a newbie, and here are my rosacea photos, see what you think. I'm getting the redness under control, but the acne is not so easy....... any suggestions that has work for some of you??

my derm says I have come along ways, I now look "rugged" to her. I think that is her nice way of saying ugly... lol

Hi -

Thanks for posting your pic's.

Your redness doesn't seem severe, more mild, have you had some treatments? IPL's or other? Your face has an even tone and I don't see any P/P (more vascular Rosacea).

Hi Yvette,

I have been able to keep the redness under control, especially after I learned I have rosacea. I do not flush near as much I as I used, as I have changed my diet, use moisturizers, less alcohol, etc.... But the bumps and acne are the problem area for me now. Everything I do, try, does NOT work. I havent aggravated it, but I have seen no signs of improvement either. This is my big frustration...... This is where I have searching and asking for suggestions!!!
