desperately need advice cause i am running out of options

hello everyone- please forgive me if this has been covered before. kind of going into a panic because my face is swelling in a very patchy way on my cheeks. have one spot that seems to be hardening and my pores are enlarged. i know R L T is good for flushing and redness, and i have both. no p&p. my question is regarding the production of collagen. in case i am going toward some phyma type of rosacea with the skin thickening would this treatment help me? i am currently takind a beta blocker and have been through the whole gamut of antibioticss. i have not tried accutane yet. please please any advice. dermatologists are so useless for me unfortunately. thanks everyone.... lin

IPL is much more effective against swelling and fibrosis type of rosacea than Leds can be. That's a fact. Accutane can also prevent skin thickening and swelling, but RLT cannot prevent skin thickening.
