Hi Shamrock,
You have a lot of questions, and this forum is an excellent place to find some answers! There are all different types of Rosacea represented and members use and recommend different things that have helped them -- and share what doesn't. We are all unique and what works for one may not for the other, even if you have the same subtype. If you are interested in learning about what low level light therapy can do I would suggest you begin in that section of the forum. Each thread adds a bit more to the knowledge base.
Good luck with this.

Whew! Hey there Jerry. I've moved your thread to this new area.
Loads of questions and it's late here now. Not sure where to start. It's too late for me to pull out all of your questions now but will give it some thought and reply when I have time. I'm pretty busy for the next few days or so though. Not that I have all the answers but I will try, when I have the time.
Jen
