This may sound a silly question but when using the red light does it have to be used being in a dark room?Or can be it used at any time of the day as i have only been using it for a few days now at night time and sit and use it in a dark room but as i have to go out later just was wondering if it can be used at times of the day even when it may not be quite as dark. Also wanted to find out when does everyone use theres? I will keep to using it in the evening when its dark but just for times when i cant if i need to go out i hope it would still work as well. Be really grateful on a reply for this.
Thanks Sarah

Hello Sarah
You can use it any time that suits you - night or day. My preference is first thing in the morning but if at night it's easier for you to find the time, then use your lamp then. Doesn't have to be in a dark room just in a place where you feel comfortable and preferably can relax.
Bye

Hello Sarah
You will find once you get into a routine it will come easy. If for any reason you miss a day don't worry just ensure you keep it up on a regular basis to hopefully see the maximum benefits.
Good luck and keep as all posted with your progress.

Had my triple headed acnelamp, delivered yesterday.
http://www.acnelamp.com/product.php?id=1032
Product delivered America/England in 6 days, using global express.
Expensive - but used 30 mins a day - the life expectancy is about 50 years.......so cost does not matter!
Unit is of superb quality....I particulary like the way the heads can be twisted/manipulated into many positions/angles, which is obviously important.
I'll be using mine lying on my bedroom floor in the morning, with my curtains drawn.......and a stopwatch alarm of course!
Did 4 mins this morning and will repeat until Satuday........then move up to 6 mins.
I'm amazed how bright the red lights are!
I've managed to get those 'cheap' goggles fitted correctly.......so the light does not enter the sides.............has anyone got any links for some better quality goggles.........about £30 or less?
Thanks
