Anyone care to share their resolutions?
Mine, to get back into yoga, which I used to love but haven't dont in more months than I care to mention, ( I used to be one of those people that could bend themselves into a pretzle, now I make the "old person" noise when I bend to put on my shoes, *sigh* ) start meditating again, and diet change. that last one will be the tricky one, I love pasta and bread and all those nasty carbs.

Mine will be to:

Get back on my healhty diet. Its really amazing how nearly a year of no chocolate, seewts, crisps, etc can disappear in just a week. I have become some sort of sugar fiend. At the moment no time is too early for chocolate. Shocking really

Learn how to knit/sew patchwork. I love Kaffe Fassets patchwork quilts and plan to do my own one this year (with the help of my mum).

Carry on with my Open University degree/diploma.

Get out a bit more.

Oh well hopefully I will at least get back to my normal eating if nothing else.

Best new year wishes

Sarah

Mine is a blend of the above. In a nutshell this year my goal is overall health: mind, body, spirit.

Exercize daily and when it is sunny.

Smile at the people that I live with.

Look for a Lumines One near me!

Easy, Millie, one can take friendliness too far!

What I meant is that when one has a housefull of people, it is sometimes easy to be task oriented - focused on the house and job - good for me to remember to smile, sit down, chat, love, and get those dumb chores done LATER!

There are LOTS of us, and many of us are under 4 feet tall. Muddy feet, lots of spills, coloring with permanent markers in VERY creative places, barking animals, large husbands who love to watch football......

We have fun - and our life is VERY blessed. Thanks, TP!

Several resolutions come to mind...most important one to only look in the mirror once or twice a day! Even tho I'm in remission I still find myself worrying that suddenly my skin will freak out. Must be PTSD

I'm going to do more yoga, smile more, walk more, give more hugs and find ways to enjoy each day in 2007...life is too short for any other way of being!

A friend of mine who does Chi Kung says to start each day imagining that you are smiling from your heart...it feels really good.

That is a very good resolution. I wish you luck with it.

Perhaps when taking a peek on those rare occasions you might do what others naturally do, which is to look into your eyes rather than scrutinise imperfections about the cheeks, forehead and so on.

Very liberating.

I'm a man, so I'm prone to being extremely stupid at times. Going all right, all things considered. ;)

Glad to hear the dating life is going good. Dont think you guys have a lock on being stupid, we all have our share of "Doh!" moments. :)
