eye lid hygene

I have just cleansed my eye lids with q-tips and Lid Care (Novartis). My right eye is extremely red, hundreds of vessels whereas the white of my left eye is normal.

I tried baby shampoo before but it irritates me even more. I didnt use to have a reaction to Lid Care before. It's hard to cleanse upper eye lid margins even with a q-tip. Can you mates give me hints how you cleanse your eye lids..

I am also taking 2000mg (1000*2) Fish oil, 1300 mg Borage Oil (300 mg GLA), 1000 mg Ester C, 200mg (100*2) grape seed extract...

I use bleuphamide for 3-5 days every 4-8 weeks. It doesnt seem to work. I occasionaly use preservative free tear substitutes.

What can work without irritating my eyes?
