Does this work if you drink it with water for Seb Derm and or Rosacea?

Anyone do this? or try it?

Vinegar is a common rosacea trigger, so I would not drink it. Some have found it helpful for seb derm. I think the ratio is 1 teaspoon vinegar to 1 cup water?? Then they apply with a cotton ball. I've heard feedback that 4-ethoxybenzaldehyde helps with seb derm. It is the active ingredient in Cutanix.

You could try squeezing one lemon in the morning and one in the evening and drinking the juice, and also 25 ml aloe vera juice morning and evening, I think it will improve your skin., and I dont think it will be bad for your rosacea.

The cutanix cream is good for seb derm skin, yes, but it does not address oilyness well, it does block certain inflammation pathways and it will maybe rduce pore size and even out coarse skin.
The best way to reduce sebum is through diet.

I take 25-30 ml morning and evening. And one squeezed lemon morning and evening.

The aloe vera has an effect on epithel tissue. It is supposed to have anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating effects.

In any way, it is not going to do you any harm to try it, and at 50 ml pr day, it is not expensive either.
