Do i have rosacea? (Photos provided)

Hi

Im not sure if i have Rosacea or not. When i was a kid i always had normal, not red cheeks. Whilst i dont really blush much, my cheeks always seem to look a little inflamed. I had always just assumed i had got sunburnt or something when i was younger and it didn't go away

Anyway i was checking out some forums to treat my acne and i came across someone complaining of redness without acne, which i kind of have which eventually has lead me to here.

I have lived with the redness forever, and it rarely bothers me. I've been to a dermotologists for two stints to treat acne, however he never mentioned anything about Rosacea, although from what ive read it is under diagnosed.

Could someone please give me there opinion based on these photos, if it is Rosacea i would love to treat it even if i was only to reduce it slightly!!!

This photo would probably be representative of the redness at its worse.
The next one shows my cheeks a little less red than they actually are.

It's pretty difficult to do based on those photos, man. Do you get burning/stinging/uncomfortable warmth in your flush zones?

Rosacea may be a sort of sliding scale into blushing disorders....

For rosacea, you need a) Propensity toward flushing and b) the eventual collapse of your facial vasculature's ability to handle this frequent flushing.

Then you begin a cascade of angiogenesis and worse symptoms; it becomes a vicious cycle.

looks like you may have minor rosacea or your blushing in the pictures. Cant tell really.

That was almost exactly how i looked after i've been treated with alot of products for acne and then some months after, bam, rosacea. Hope that's not the case for you though...
